For years, I searched for an IT company that would provide the services that First Presbyterian Church needed, along with the knowledge to keep everything running smoothly. I found SUISC when we were installing a new telephone system. That was a great day! The staff at Solutions Unlimited takes such good care of us. Their response time is incredible, they always find a solution to our problems, they have gone out of our way to learn about our church management software and we have a wonderful time working together. They never give us a hard time about our “strange” service calls – and we have some very strange calls. Several times I have thought we needed something but they assured me that we did not. Kevin has never tried to sell me anything that we didn’t need. I love the fact that I’m notified about potential problems before I even know they’re happening. The 24/7 monitoring is amazing!!
